Did you have a good weekend?
We put up a few new things in this house from my past month’s antique shopping extravaganza and a new kitchen cart. It feels great to get more organized and to see the house coming together. I love having visitors and I want every corner to be cozy for ourselves and our guests.
I also bought two seasons of Friends’ on Amazon and have been binging at night while I finish up computer work. Very good decision!
I’m working through American Royals, and honestly I’m not loving it so it’s taking me a while to read it. I have a hard time following lots of characters in a new book so that’s my biggest fuss. But, I definitely want to give it a few chapters before I give up. I did finish Left Neglected and I absolutely loved it. I was enthralled for 3 whole days. I don’t want to give any of it away, but it does start a bit nervy and the busy-ness made me overwhelmed so I had to take breaks. But, after I got past that part it was SO good. Let me know if you read it!

An unbelievable Warehouse Sale at Persifor. I’m in need of slacks and at $27, these can’t be beat. This dress also looks like a dreamy option for the last few weeks of summer & pulling it on at the beach or before a backyard picnic- only L and XL left so run!
Last week, I found out that Sephora sells KNC Beauty, a Black owned brand, and these eye masks have been on my wish list for a few months. I’ll be grabbing these as soon as I’m done with my current puffy eye patches.
Last but not least, we’ve made this pizza twice now and it was so fun and so easy.
